But, on the contrary, making some Conversational English mistakes just makes you look awful, and blunts your effective communication.

Nevertheless, the most important thing is to learn from these errors so you become a more capable, confident Orator. Here’s hoping that some of these suggestions can be supportive to you. So, let’s learn by examples:
Less, fewer (countable nouns)
Incorrect: There are less people.
Correct: There are fewer people.
Possession shared by two nouns
Incorrect: It is MAXI’s and Neha’s house.
Correct: It is MAXI and Neha’s house.
Me/I
Incorrect: MAXI and me take the session. He reads as well as me.
Correct: MAXI and I take the session. He reads as well as I.
“My four-Years-Old Dog loves to run.” Incorrect
When an age comes after “is,” then you say “years old”: “My dog is 4 years old.” But when an age comes before the person (or object) as an adjective, then you say year, not years – Correct “My four-year-old dog loves to run.
And the best technique to improve is to “Read everything out loud”. Make note of any sentence that sounds awkward to say. Practice this technique 5-15 minutes whenever you can, but try to do it on a regular basis .
Technique and understanding are as critical as knowledge of phonetics and linguistics when working on voice based projects, it helps if you have a background in voice or theater.
